II Deadline for submission of paper: January 20, 2006 (extended to March 1, 2006) Deadline for registration: March 15, 2006 Foreign participants need to obtain a
visa to travel to Iran. Please fill the registration and the visa form
as soon as possible, but keep in mind that it would be hard to process a
travel visa if the visa form is submitted after February 1, 2006. You will be
contacted with the instructions to obtain visa from the nearest Iranian
Embassy.
