Franks-Misiurewicz Conjecture
has several sub-cases, while some of the cases
were proved, one case was disproved by Avila.
Based on the construction of Avila, we give an
example, for which, pointwise rotation number is
not well defined for Lebesgue almost every
point. This is a joint work with A. Avila and D.
