Fee

1) Registration fees for international participants:

The conference fee is 150 Euros.

For participants from developing countries and all students, the registration fee is 80 Euros.

The registration fee for international participants will be due in cash at the time of registration on the first day of the conference.
Please note that standard credit cards; e.g., Visa, Master or AmEXP, cannot be used in Iran.

The registration fee covers participating the conference sessions, conference materials, lunches during the conference, and coffee/tea breaks.

2) Registration fees for Iranian participants:

هزينه ثبت نام براي شركت كنندگان ايراني 130 هزار تومان و براي دانشجويان 80 هزار تومان مي باشد.
هزينه ثبت نام براي شركت كنندگان ايراني بايد به حساب زير واريز گرديده و تصوير رسيد بانكي آن (اسكن شده) به آدرس هاي الكترونيكي fee2013@khayam.ut.ac.ir و ORO.2013@yahoo.com ارسال گردد:
شماره حساب: 0107087016002 (بانک ملی – سیبا)
به نام: محمدرضا درفشه، مجید سلیمانی دامنه، رحیم زارع نهندی
هزينه ثبت نام شامل هزينه شركت در سخنراني ها، كتابچه كنفرانس و ناهار مي باشد.

Application form can be found here. Please fill out the  form and then click on SEND. If it does not work, please fill out the PDF format and send to Register2013@khayam.ut.ac.ir (CC: ORO.2013@yahoo.com).

Deadline for registration: December 17, 2012

(It is suggested that the participants who may need visa, register earlier to save time for visa process.)
