Visa and Accommodation

Visa application process:

If you need visa for entering Iran, you can follow this process:

1.  After completing your registration (receiving acceptance of your paper), you will get a visa-form via email.

2.  You should fill in the form and send it along with the first page of your passport (scanned) to the conference email.

3.  After about one month, you will receive a visa code and an invitation (via email).

4.  Using the code and invitation letter, you should apply for visa in the Iranian Embassy/Consulate at your country.

Note 1: The process takes about 40 days; so earlier registration is recommended.

Note 2: The citizens of some countries are allowed to come to Iran without visa. Also, the citizens of some countries can apply for visa at the Airport in Tehran. Please consult the following related links:
