The registration fee is:
- Iranian: 300000 Rials
- Iranian student: 150000 Rials
- Foreigner: 100 Euros (includes lunch for six days)

Deadline to register: April 15, 2009 (extended to
April 29)
Please note that the entry visa process takes a long time and participants requiring an entry visa should register before the end of January 2009
and specify assistance to acquire entry visa in item 9 of the
registration form. IPM will contact all those requiring
assistance with the entry visa at the end of January 2009.
Participants registering later than the end of January 2009 may
not expect to get assistance from IPM regarding entry visa.

Payment: Foreign participants can pay the registration
fee on the registration desk on the arrival. Iranian
participants should pay the registration fee before April 20
(extended to April 29),

Meal: There will be full hot lunches available for purchase at 40000 Rials (about 3 Euros) for each lunch. Please note that you need
a ticket for the lunch and it should be purchased at least one day in advance.

|
Accommodation: Participants needing accommodations should register as soon as possible.
IPM will manage to find a suitable accommodation at a cost of approximately 50 Euros per night.
We will contact you for the exact charges once the arrangement is made.

Cancelation:
If you want to cancel your registration, please send an email to combinatorics2009 /at/ ipm /dot/ ir before April
15, 2009; otherwise you will be asked to pay for the registration fee.
Support: There will be no financial support available.
